Senior National Sales Representative
We have immediate opportunity for a senior sales representative who will be responsible for selling ISG's project-based IT consulting services.
This position requires strong experience with the full sales life cycle, including lead generation, a team approach to follow-through on pre-qualified leads, management of existing accounts, development of sales plans and forecasts focused on achieving ISG's agressive growth strategy. A strong emphasis will be placed on establishing partnerships between ISG and new accounts on a C-level executive basis.
Successful candidates must have 5-10 years experience selling technology focused consulting services and/or middleware products, and have demonstrated achievements in pro-active solution oriented sales. He/she should have a conceptual understanding of the technology and services that relate to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) as well as the development of e-Business applications in B2C and B2B scenarios.
Candidates must be confident in presentations to corporate executives of large organizations, have strong negotiation skills and be able to manage various sales activities in a small, fast growing IT services company. Strong existing contacts are a plus.
ISG is seeking a candidate located in New York City or the tri-state area. Compensation is very competitive. Generous stock option and competitive benefits package are available. Relocation assistance can be provided.
Senior Software Engineer/Technical Team Leader
The successful candidate will work with technical team members on design and development of complex e-Business architectures including integration of e-Business applications with back-end legacy systems in the context of delivering Web Application Integration solutions. Must possess in-depth technical background and hands-on experience of middleware technologies (Web Application Servers, EJB, CORBA, COM+, Messaging, Message/Integration Brokers etc). Experience in development of medium to large business applications is desirable. The position requires solving technical problems through innovative ideas that may involve research and developing new solutions, techniques and methodologies. We are seeking an organized, well-rounded, "aggressive" individual with strong communication skills and strong knowledge of e-Business and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) middleware technologies to manage multiple e-Business/EAI projects. Prior consulting experience is favored. Successful candidate is expected to have strong project management capabilities that span from a business and technical requirement gathering to definition of an architecture and ultimately implementation and production rollout of full-scale solutions. Must be able to establish, track and assess project goals, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets using popular project management tools. Ability to foster professional growth of system architects and developers on projects is important and write service delivery proposals and respond to RFPs is important. e-Business/Enterprise Application Integration Technologies (EAI)/Middleware Architect
We are looking for individuals who are well versed in current and emerging e-Business and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Technologies and are capable of using these technologies to solve complex business problems across an enterprise including Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the translation of business requirements into high-level technical architecture. He/she will facilitate business & technical discussions, oversee the selection and evaluation of appropriate products and will provide technical expertise to Account Managers, business clients and overall leadership to project teams regarding service delivery. He/she is expected to have strong design capabilities that span from a definition of an architecture to detailed design specifications. Skills and Qualifications
2+ years experience in web design/development, hands-on exprience with HTML, Java, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, graphic formats, popular plug-ins and authoring tools, attention to detail, working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash is a plus, Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science is preferred. Compensation is very competitive but highly dependent on experience.
